Led by Director Chris Core, we provide practical fire safety and compliance services, including Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Surveys, Complex Building Compliance Consultancy, Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), Health & Safety Inspections, and General Estate Risk Assessments.

Based in Plymouth, Britain's Ocean City, we support clients throughout Devon and Cornwall. Our local knowledge gives us a strong understanding of the region's buildings, communities, and compliance challenges, enabling us to provide practical advice tailored to each client's needs.
