Founded in 2025, Core FRA Solutions draws on over 17 years of experience in facilities and property management across both the public and private sectors. Led by Director Chris Core, we provide practical fire safety and compliance services, including Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Surveys, Complex Building Compliance Consultancy, Electrical Equipment Testing (EET), Health & Safety Inspections, and General Estate Risk Assessments.

Based in Plymouth, Britain's Ocean City, we support clients throughout Devon and Cornwall. Our local knowledge gives us a strong understanding of the region's buildings, communities, and compliance challenges, enabling us to provide practical advice tailored to each client's needs. We value long-term relationships and take pride in delivering a reliable, personal service.
